What’s included

Weekly courses

Each course entails an hour-long on-site or virtual training session , in which you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and participate. You’ll be assigned homework and will be evaluated weekly to track your progress. Scores are based on attendance, participation, and quality of work.

Working sessions

Throughout the course, you’ll be paired with another student or a coach to review and hone your work. This will also be an opportunity to grow in your collaboration and feedback skills.

End-of-course evaluation

After a course is completed, a written report will be provided to relay your end of course evaluation. They will provide you a retro on your strengths, weaknesses and areas to improve.

Three Phases:

Discovery Phase: in-depth analysis of current company process & values

Development Phase: training material tailored to your company specific training needs

Instructional Phase: Weekly 1-hour classes, workshops , and student assignments

Annual Package

Includes the Three Phases from the 3-month package +

Onboarding Support: new employee training

Promotion Requiements: training required to receive internal promotion
